There are no refunds or exchanges of any services or products. Please be advised that due to Covid-19, there may be delays in processing your apparel orders, along with delays from The United States Postal Service, that are out of our control. All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within the earliest time available. 

In regards to services provided, there are no refunds. Please adhere to the instructions in completing your documents. Once we send a personalized questionnaire to help us better understand your experience, we will allow up to 48hrs for a response. If no response, is received, we will move on to our next project and you will need to wait until we are able to return to your documents.
