HOW TO ORDER

ORDERING PROCESS

    1. Select the Resume Package that best fits your needs. You can also add additional services including a Cover Letter, LinkedIn Profile, Mock Interviewing, or 30 minute Phone Consultation. 
    2. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will be requested too send an updated resume and any additional resources that will ensure your writer is well-prepared to begin your career documents. Within 48hrs you will receive a questionnaire, which will have a due date. 
  • Once all information is received, your writer will contact you to learn more about your specific career objectives, job targets, and to expand on the questionnaire you completed.
  • Following the consultation, a personalized resume draft will be sent to you within 4 days. You will have the ability to carefully review the document for consistency and accuracy, and request desired modifications. Up to two resume revisions are allowed. Any further requested revisions may incur additional charges. 
  • If you don't complete and send all information within the time frame provided, you will need to pay a "Restart Project fee" of $40. We have alot of clients and want to ensure we complete everyone project within the time frame specified to ensure everyone gets quality service and others aren't delayed. 
  • The final copy of your career document(s) will be emailed to you in a Microsoft Word document and PDF.

    If you purchased any additional services including a cover letter, LinkedIn profile, mock interview, and/or phone consultation – we will begin working on them once your resume is finalized.

    For automatic discounted services, you will be unable to add another offer or career reward. Your order will be canceled and a new invoice will be sent. For example: If resumes are on sale for $50.00 on the website (automatic discount), you will be unable to add a $10 OFF Career Reward offer (any career reward offer), as well as any other discounted offer requiring you to put in a code. Only one discount will be provided per order. However, if we have multiple automatic discounts you will be able to checkout. For example, if resumes are on sale for $50 and cover letters are on sale for $30 (both automatic discounts) you will be able to checkout for $80 excluding taxes.
